All sessions will be offered 100% virtually. Pre-event communications including all final information needed to participate in the virtual conference will be emailed September 28, 2020. Please make sure you check your email address when entering it into the registration form to ensure you receive all communications. 

MAIN CONFERENCE (The Crashing Patient Conference) on Wednesday, October 14, 2020

  • Registration pricing for the Main Conference is as follows:

    • $190 for Physicians

    • $90 for NPs, RNs, LPNs, PAs, and EMT

    • $50 for Residents and Medical Students

  • Early Bird registration pricing will be offered until August 31, 2020 and offers a discount of 20% off the Main Conference regular price. This is already calculated in the registration form.

  • Discount for Main Conference is available for active military. Please contact Doreen Lucadamo dlucadamo@som.umaryland.edu for more information.

  • The Main Conference will be presented LIVE on Wednesday, October 14, starting at 7:45 a.m. EST, and conclude at 4 p.m. EST. The presentations will be recorded in Maryland, USA. Please see event page for a detailed schedule.

  • We understand how busy everyone is, and will offer access to the Main Conference recording until November 14 for review.

  • At the conclusion of the Main Conference, learners will need to submit a survey to log participation.

  • CME Information: Check back for CME information.

VIRTUAL INTERACTIVE CADAVER LAB PROCEDURES WORKSHOP on Tuesday, October 13, 2020SOLD OUT

  • Registration price for the virtual cadaver lab is $30.

  • You must be registered for the Main Conference (on Wednesday, October 14) in order to participate in this workshop. Those that register for this workshop and do not register for the Main Conference will have 2 days to rectify before their registration for the Virtual Interactive Cadaver Lab Procedures Workshop is cancelled. Please contact Doreen Lucadamo dlucadamo@som.umaryland.edu with any questions.

  • Early Bird registration discount does not apply.

  • This is a small-group virtual interactive experience, so learners should be present during the live event. The workshop will begin at 12:30 p.m. EST and end at 2:30 p.m. EST. The presentations will be recorded in Maryland, USA. A second course has been added. This will start at 3 p.m., and end at 5 p.m.

  • Once event is sold out, a waiting list will be started. Feel free to email Doreen Lucadamo dlucadamo@som.umaryland.edu if you would like to be added to the waiting list.

  • No CME credits will be offered for this workshop.

ADMINISTRATIVE DEVELOPMENT CONFERENCE (The Crashing Department) on Thursday, October 15, 2020

  • Registration price for this conference is $30.

  • You do not need to be registered for the Main Conference on Wednesday to register for this event.

  • Early Bird registration discount does not apply.

  • This is a small-group virtual education conference, so learners should be present during the live event. The conference will begin at 8:45 a.m. EST, and end at 1 p.m. EST. The presentations will be recorded in Maryland, USA. Please see event page for a detailed schedule.

  • At the conclusion of the Administrative Development Conference, learners will need to submit a survey to log participation.

  • Once event is sold out, a waiting list will be started. Feel free to email Doreen Lucadamo dlucadamo@som.umaryland.edu if you would like to be added to the waiting list.

  • CME Information: Check back for CME information.

  • Credit Card payment online is completed using PayPal.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

  • Conference registration is refundable only if submitted in writing to Doreen Lucadamo dlucadamo@som.umaryland.edu by October 1, 2020, less 20% administration fee.

  • Refunds will be made within 5 days of request if payment was made by credit card. All check refunds could take up to two weeks to process.
