Please see below for important information about each day of education, payment, and refund policy.

All sessions will be offered 100% virtually.

Pre-event communications including all final information needed to participate in the virtual conference will be emailed September 27, 2021.

Please make sure you check your email address when entering it into the registration form to ensure you receive all communications. 

MAIN CONFERENCE (The Crashing Patient Conference) on Tuesday, October 5 and Wednesday, October 6, 2021

  • Tuesday and Wednesday can be registered for individually.
  • Registration pricing for each day of the Main Conference (Tuesday & Wednesday) is as follows:
    • $200 for Physicians each day
    • $100 for NPs, RNs, LPNs, PAs, and EMT each day
    • $50 for Residents and Medical Students each day
  • Early Bird Registration Discount (20% off Wednesday’s Conference) available if you register by August 25. Also includes access 2020 Crashing Patient Recordings. 
  • Bundle registration: If you register for both Tuesday and Wednesday Conference Day’s, you will be discounted $50 off your total registration.
  • Discount for conference is available for active military and residency programs. Please contact Doreen Lucadamo dlucadamo@som.umaryland.edu for more information.
  • The Tuesday (Conference Day 1) and Wednesday (Conference Day 2) will be presented LIVE , starting at 7:45 a.m. EST, and conclude at 4 p.m. EST. The presentations will be recorded in Maryland, USA. Please see event page for a detailed schedule.
  • We understand how busy everyone is and will offer access to recordings of Tuesday and Wednesday recordings until November 6 for review.
  • At the conclusion each day of Conference, learners will need to submit a survey to log participation. You have 7 days to complete the survey to log your participation in the event.

ADMINISTRATIVE DEVELOPMENT CONFERENCE (The Crashing Practice) on Thursday, October 7, 2021

  • Registration price for this conference is $140.
  • You do not need to be registered for Tuesday or Wednesday Conference to register for this event.
  • Early Bird registration discount does not apply.
  • The conference will begin at 8:45 a.m. EST, and end at 1 p.m. EST. The presentations will be recorded in Maryland, USA. Please see event page for a detailed schedule.
  • At the conclusion of the Administrative Development Conference, learners will need to submit a survey to log participation.

VIRTUAL INTERACTIVE CADAVER LAB PROCEDURES WORKSHOP on Tuesday, October 7, 2021

  • Registration price for the virtual cadaver lab is $50.
  • You must be registered for either Tuesday or Wednesday Conference in order to participate in this workshop. Those that register for this workshop and do not register for the Main Conference will have 2 days to rectify before their registration for the Virtual Interactive Cadaver Lab Procedures Workshop is cancelled.   • The workshop will begin at 2:30 p.m. EST and end at 4:30 p.m. EST. The presentations will be recorded in Maryland, USA.

  • Credit Card payment online is completed using PayPal.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

  • Conference registration is refundable only if submitted in writing to Doreen Lucadamo dlucadamo@som.umaryland.edu by September 24, less 20% administration fee.
  • Refunds will be made within 5 days of request if payment was made by credit card. All check refunds could take up to two weeks to process.
