She is the Co-Director for the Emergency Medicine and Pediatrics Combined Residency. Dr. Guyther is also very active with EMS, serving as Deputy Medicine Director for Baltimore City Fire Department and Assistant Medical Director for Baltimore County. She also works with the state EMS office.
