Dr. Martinelli is a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist in Emergency Medicine at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore, Maryland. Dr. Martinelli received her PharmD degree from the University of Cincinnati James L. Winkle College of Pharmacy. She completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at the Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland, followed by a PGY2 Critical Care Residency at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Dr. Martinelli is the current residency program director for the PGY2 Emergency Medicine program at the University of Maryland Medical Center and serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor for the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy.
