Ali Farzad, MD

Associate Professor, Texas A&M College of Medicine

Dr. Farzad is a board-certified Emergency Medicine Physician who graduated from the UMEM residency program in 2013, before completing a fellowship in cardiovascular emergencies at University of Maryland in 2014. He has since been working clinically at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas and is a core faculty member of their EM residency program. He really enjoys teaching and learning from medical students and residents. He is an Associate Professor at Texas A&M College of Medicine, an educational ECG blog editor at ECGweekly.com, and author and associate editor of several chapters in the cardiology section of EMRAP's CorePendium online EM textbook.
