Dr. Moayedi is an Associate Professor at the University of Maryland. His academic interests include medical student education, difficult IV access research and invasive medical procedure education. He is the course director of several CME procedure courses (www.CriticalProceduresinEM.com). He is an Associate Editor for the upcoming 8th edition of Roberts and Hedges procedures textbook. Since 2015, he has served as a member of the education committee for AAEM focusing on small group sessions at the SA. He splits his clinical time between Emergency and Hyperbaric Medicine.
