Sarah Sommerkamp MD is an Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine at the University of Maryland. After completing residency and ultrasound fellowship at UMD she joined the faculty. She has lectured and written about ultrasound and OB/GYN topics. She is the co-director of the Introduction to Emergency Ultrasound CME course. She teaches multiple medical school ultrasound electives. She is involved in the administration at Midtown. When not working she enjoys lifting heavy objects for fun and spending time outdoors with family.
